Welcome,
We look forward to welcoming you to Toronto for this prestigious biennial international conference and the first IPCRG conference in North America. Situated on the North shore of the Great Lakes, Toronto offers the sophistication of a large, modern city mixed with the world cultures of our citizens and the beauty of our natural surroundings.
Hosted by the Family Physician Airways Group of Canada (FPAGC) and co-sponsored by the Faculty of Medicine, University of Toronto, this event is of utmost importance to health care professionals dedicated to the prevention, diagnosis, treatment and research of airway diseases. We call on primary care practitioners, researchers, industry and policy makers to continue the work of the first four IPCRG conferences and to join us at the Westin Harbour Castle Hotel in Toronto, June 2-5, 2010.
The IPCRG provides a forum for its constituent national groups so that it may represent international primary care perspectives in respiratory medicine and raise standards of care in individual countries and globally, through collaborative research, innovation and dissemination of best practice and education. We are hoping to further expand the wildly successful meeting of Seville 2008 attended by 950-plus delegates from 42 countries.
We invite you to use this website to keep in touch with us as we plan the program details and social events for IPCRG 2010. A feature of the 2010 program will be a selection of workshops delivered in French, as well as the French translation of our plenaries. This site will be a valuable resource to link to cultural and travel information about our beautiful city and country.
Toronto awaits and welcomes you!
